Plenarno predavanje: Novel approaches for pharmacists to ensure resposiveness towards patients and professionals when communicating

Drage koleginice i kolege,

Sa velikim zadovoljstvom najavljujemo još jedno plenarno predavanje u okviru Naučnog programa 9. Kongresa farmaceuta Srbije sa međunarodnim učešćem.

Plenarno predavanje: NOVEL APPROACHES FOR PHARMACISTS TO ENSURE RESPONSIVENESS TOWARDS PATIENTS AND PROFESSIONALS WHEN COMMUNICATING

Tokom ovog predavanja, prof.

Dear colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that we announce another plenary lecture of the Scientific programme of the 9th Serbian Congress of Pharmacy with International Participation.

Plenary lecture: NOVEL APPROACHES FOR PHARMACISTS TO ENSURE RESPONSIVENESS TOWARDS PATIENTS AND PROFESSIONALS WHEN COMMUNICATING

Communication between pharmacists and patients, alongside collaboration with other healthcare professionals, forms the very foundation of modern pharmacy practice. During this lecture, Prof. Susanne Kaae will provide a unique overview of two decades of pharmacy communication research, placing a focus on person-centered approaches and their application in everyday work.

In addition to reflecting on past experiences, the session will introduce the ‘Mentalizing’ initiative, rooted in psychological theories of understanding mental states. Alongside other innovative techniques such as Question Prompt Lists, special attention will be given to bridging scientific research and daily practice to develop more effective and satisfying communication in pharmacy.
