Prirodni proizvodi i bioaktivna jedinjenja biljnog porekla predstavljaju značajan izvor novih mogućnosti za farmaceutsku, prehrambenu i kozmetičku industriju. U okviru Naučnog programa 9. Kongresa farmaceuta Srbije sa međunarodnim učešćem, predstavljamo vam temu posvećenu ekološki prihvatljivim rešenjima i valorizaciji prirodnih resursa kroz Sesiju 20.

Održivi razvoj i primena zelenih tehnologija danas snažno pokreću istraživanja u ovoj oblasti. Savremeni pristupi se sve više oslanjaju na efikasnije korišćenje dostupnih resursa, uključujući i valorizaciju sporednih i otpadnih materijala u cilju stvaranja proizvoda sa dodatom vrednošću. U okviru ove sesije biće predstavljeni primeri primene zelenih tehnologija koje doprinose racionalnoj i održivoj upotrebi sirovina iz prirode, omogućavajući njihovu uspešnu transformaciju u visokokvalitetne, funkcionalne proizvode.

Natural products and plant-derived bioactive compounds represent an important source of new opportunities for the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic industries. As part of the Scientific program of the 9th Serbian Congress of Pharmacy with International Participation, we present a topic dedicated to eco-friendly solutions and the valorization of natural resources through Session 20.

“From natural resources to value-added products: sustainable innovations”

Sustainable development and the implementation of green technologies are increasingly driving research on natural products. Current approaches increasingly rely on the more efficient utilization of available resources, which includes the smart valorization of by-products and waste materials to develop value-added products. This session will showcase practical examples of green technologies that contribute to the rational and sustainable use of natural resources, enabling their successful transformation into high-quality functional products.
